PVC-O pipe (biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride pipe) can be used for water supply, minging, gas supply, etc.
We use one step forming method to produce PVC-O pipe which has advantage of less space, low electricity and labour cost, less material waste.

Advantage of PVC-O Pipe
1. Compared with PVC-U pipe, PVC-O have advantage of higher strength, higher toughness, higher impact resistance, fatigue resistance. Performance of PVC-O pipe under -20℃ is even higher than PVC-U pipe under 20℃.
2. Under same pressure class, compared with PVC-U and HDPE pipe, PVC-O pipe wall thickness is much lower, and its material consumption can be reduced by more than 50%.
3. Because of the low wall thickness, PVC-O pipe has bigger inner diameter which has more water convey capacity.
4. Because of its light weight, PVC-O pipe is more convenient to install and transportation cost is lower than other kinds of plastic pipes.

Units of PVC-O Pipe Extrusion Line
Unit 1: Parrel twin Screw Extruder
We choose parallel twin screw extruder to extrude the preformed PVC pipe. The extruder is with latest technology, to lower power and ensure capacity, also with good plasticizing effect.
Unit 2: Extrusion Die Head
Extrusion die head apply bracket structure, each material flow channel is placed evenly, with chrome plating after heat treatment and mirror polishing.
Unit 3: Vacuum Tank
We use double-chamber structure vacuum tank, to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum function. This design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of pipe.
Unit 4: Haul-off Unit
Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length.
Unit 5: Heating Oven
Heating oven is with imported heating elements and temperature sensor. This will ensure PVC pipe to be heated to required temperature accurately.
Unit 6: Biaxial Stretch Forming Machine
Preformed PVC pipe will be biaxially stretched to form PVC-O pipe and achieve the required outer diameter and wall thickness. After stretching, the PVC-O pipe will be cooled.
Unit 7: Haul-off Unit
This haul-off unit will have sufficient traction force to pull preformed PVC pipe through biaxial stretch forming machine to form PVC-O pipe.
Unit 8: Planetary Saw Cutter
This cutter is controlled by Siemens PLC with chamfering function, working together with haul off unit to have precise cutting.
Unit 9: Full Automatic Belling Machine
To make socket at pipe end which is easy for pipe connection. This belling machine is specially designed for PVC-O pipe, whole process is fully automatic.
